Group acupuncture is a powerful protocol that offers benefits for those who are new to acupuncture and is also a great add-on for current patients.  In addition to relieving stress, it can address: body pain, headaches, sleep, mood, digestive issues, and other impediments to overall wellness..  

What to Expect: Done in a group setting, these sessions harness the energy of the collective. All participants will be seated in chairs placed around a circle. Five tiny needles are inserted into each ear. (Alternatively, ear seeds could be used.) 

Results: This treatment has a balancing effect. People generally report an uplifted mood, a better sense of well-being, more motivation, and calm.

The session begins promptly at 11AM in our Belle Haven offices at 36322 Lankford Highway. You should plan to be here for approximately one hour.
