Led by Melissa, we'll begin with 45 minutes of yoga practice — a dynamic sequence linking breath and movement to build warmth, release tension, and open the body from within.
From there, we settle into 30 minutes of śavāsana, an extended, guided rest where the practice truly integrates.
During śavāsana, I will place five tiny needles in each participants' ear using an auricular protocol — stimulating specific points on the ear's surface to calm the nervous system, deepen relaxation, and support the body's natural healing response.
No yoga experience necessary. All levels welcome. Space is limited.
